How to Find the Cheapest Flights Using Low Cost Carriers

Low Cost Carriers (LCCs), also known as Budget Airlines, are growing in popularity all the time. Those with a sound business model are going strong and continue to expand. Others collapse overnight. So best to bear that possibility in mind when making your travel plans!

I’ve used several LCCs myself such as Air Asia, JetStar, Virgin Blue, Air Arabia, Jazeera Airways. Some impressed me (such as Air Asia) and some did not (such as Jazeera) – but all were significantly cheaper than full service airlines.

As with full service carriers though, going from one airline’s website to another (even if you know the URL of the airline’s website) can be time consuming to say the least. Fortunately, there are a couple of websites I know of that search multiple Low Cost Carriers for fares in one go.
